摘要
要做好企业的财务预算管理工作就必须制定科学的财务预算指标体系、履行正确的编制程序、落实财务预算的保障措施、完善财务预算执行的监控系统,并将财务预算执行结果与企业内部绩效评价紧密结合起来。
In order to do the financial budget management well,we must make the financial budget index system scientifically, including fulfill the correct establishment procedure,implement the financial budget guarantee measure,perfects the monitoring system of the financial budget enforcement,appraise and combine the financial budget enforcement result and performance inside enterprises together closely.
