在高校后勤工作社会化的新形势下,后勤管理干部如何重新定位自己,提高综合素质,以尽快适应改革和发展的需要是摆在全体高校后勤管理干部面前的一件头等大事。文章认为不管如何改革,高校后勤姓“教”,其保障教学、促进发展的主要任务不变。新时期的高校后勤管理干部必须具有坚定的政治意识、合理的创新意识和高尚的职业道德,坚持科学的发展观和以人为本的管理理念,才能适应新形势发展的需要,从而更好地服务于高校。

It is a cardinal task for the logistic managerial cadre to improve overall qualities in order to meet the needs of reform and development as soon as possible. No matter what reforms it is,'teaching' is the core in university logistics. Under the new situation that university's logistic work is socialized,university of new logistic for managerial cadre must have firm political consciousness,the rational consciousness and the noble professional ethics,and insist the scientific development view and centre people management idea,and meet the needs of new changing situation,thus serve the university better.
