阐述湖南农村职成教育发展的成就和基本经验,分析农村职成教育发展的主要困难、问题及其成因,并从强化政府主导、增加对农村职成教的经费投入、深化农村职成教育的教学改革与制度创新等方面,提出湖南农村职成教育发展的基本思路与对策.

The author states the achievement and the basic experience of the development of the rural vocational and adult education in Hu'nan, analyzes the main difficulties,problems and reasons of the development of rural vocational and adult education and puts forward the basic train of thought and countermeasures of the rural vocational and adult education in Hu'nan from the aspects of strengthening the guidance of government,promoting the outlay devotion to the rural vocational and adult education and deepening the teaching reform and the system creation of the vocational and adult education.
