绍兴县农民转移培训工作的实践与思考

The Practice and Thinking of Peasants’ Transferring and Training Work in Shaoxing Country

从绍兴县经济发展、被征地农民增多及企业用工短缺的实际情况出发,强调加强农民培训和转移工作的现实意义,总结"三单制"培训、规范管理、激励扶持、对接就业等推进农民培训与转移工作的基本经验及成绩,提出优化培训内容、强化操作训练、对接培训就业等进一步推进工作的对策.

The author stresses the factual meaning of strengthening peasants' training and transferring work from the aspects of the economic development,the increasing of peasants in the draft area and the lack of workers in company in Shaoxing country,summarizes the basic experience and achievement which can further peasants' training and transferring work,including three forms system training,standardizing management,encouraging support and connecting employment,puts forward some countermeasures to further the work,including optimizing the training content,strengthening operating skill and connecting training employment.
