摘要
高校教师良好的教学风格的形成对新时期人才的培养起到重要的作用,为此本文试就影响教师教学风格形成的因素及教学风格形成的规律进行一些分析和探讨。
The forming of college lectures’ well teaching style has important effect on talents resource training in new epoch. Therefore, this paper has analyzed and discussed the influential factors and rules to the forming of college lectures’ teaching style.
