摘要
研究体育运动对中老年人身心健康的作用,认为中老年人通过经常参加体育锻炼,可提高呼吸系统、血液循环系统及神经系统的机能,增强体质,提高健康水平及新陈代谢能力,延续衰老过程,延长寿命。
This paper has studied the effect of physical exercise, Through taking part in physical exercise, the middle aged people can raise their respiratory system,blood-recycling system and the enginery of nervous system,strengthen the body and help it keep a healthy level,speed up the metabolism,make the process of getting old slow and prolong the life.
