反腐倡廉是我国政治文明建设的内在要求和突出任务,我们应借鉴西方国家的反腐败措施以及预防 腐败的成功经验,加快反腐败立法的步伐,建立行之有效的预防机制,加大腐败者的"腐败"成本来扼制腐败。

Combating corruption and building a clean government is an essential demand and an urgent task in our political and cultural development. We should draw some implications from the western countries' policy of combating corruption and derive beneficial experience from their work of preventing corruption. This will quicken our steps in making laws aimed at combating corruption, promote the establishment of effective mechanism of prevention and repress corruption by increasing the corrupting cost of badger hats.
