网络和电视正在改写着当代文化批评的品格与批评主体的身份和地位。网络文化是全球化文化的基本走向,在这一平台上,当代中国网络文化存在值得重视的若干问题,而网络文化的建立有待于网络法的实施。当代中国电视文化也出现了诸多文化精神症候,值得学界分析厘定。新世纪的电视批评,应从总体批判走向分类批判,从一般性的讨论变成前沿专业的讨论,从三七开的讨论变成更尖锐和推进式的讨论。电视文化与网络文化,都是现代工业文明带来的媒体平台,在这个平台上我们应该不仅仅运载着西方的精神、思想、艺术、和文化,相反,只有突出在公众平台上的东方思想、精神和中国艺术、文化,才可以同世界其它文化形成互动,形成对话,形成彼此对差异性的尊重。

The network and TV are rewriting the quality of criticism and the status and position of criticizing main body in contemporary culture. Network culture is the basic alignment of global culture. Based on this platform, contemporary Chinese network culture has some problem deserve to value. The establishment of network culture needs the execution of network laws. The contemporary Chinese television culture also appeared the crux of much spirit culture which needs scholar's collate and stipulate. The TV criticism of the new century should develop from universal criticism to classified criticism, from general discussion to discussion of forward position, from discussion of seventy-thirty ratio to more sharp and promotional discussion. Both TV culture and network culture are the media platform brought by modern industrial civilization. On the platform, we should not only carry the spirit, thought, art, and culture of west of the west, instead, only by emphasis on the oriental thought and Chinese art and culture on public foundation can we interact with other cultures of the world, can we make dialogue from respect toward each other's difference.
