摘要
利用变分法研究了抛物量子阱中束缚极化子的极化势、基态能量和能量移动,讨论了抛物量子阱中体纵光学(LO)声子和界面纵光学(IO)声子的影响.研究结果表明,对于杂质位于阱中心的情况,当阱很宽时,可以只考虑LO声子的作用;当阱很窄时,必须同时考虑LO声子和IO声子的影响,而且IO声子的作用更重要.
The polarization potential,the ground state energy and the energy shift of the bound polaron in a parabolic quantum well(PQW) are discussed.The effects of bulk longitudinal optical(LO) phonons and the interface longitudinal optical(IO) phonons are taken into account.For the impurity is located at the center of PQW the results show that,for a wide PQW, the influence of the IO phonons can be neglected,but for a narrow PQW, the effects of LO phonons and IO phonons must be considered, and the influence of IO phonons is more important.
