摘要
对内蒙古蒿属6个沙生地理替代种以及同属龙蒿组的龙蒿(A.dracunculus)和猪毛蒿(A.scoparia)的ITS序列进行分析,以大籽蒿(A.sieversiana)作为外类群.结果表明,这6个替代种以及猪毛蒿的ITS序列有着高度的一致性:ITS1序列为251bp,GC含量为53.78%或54.18%,只有2个变异位点.ITS2序列为218~221bp,GC含量为56.42%~58.26%,有16个变异位点.种间同源性高达98.5%~99.7%,与龙蒿的同源性为91.3%~92.1%,与外类群为88.5%~89.4%.反映出ITS序列在替代种间高度保守.
ITS sequences were analyzed in six sand-geographical substitute species of genus Artemisia L. in NeiMongol and two same section speciesA.dracunculus and A.scoparia.A.sieversiana were chosen as an outgroup. The results shown that: ITS sequence of six substitute species and A. scoparia were very high homogeneous,the size of ITS1 was 251bp, G+C content was 53.78% or 54.18%, and there were 2 various sites in ITS1; the size of ITS2 is 218~221bp, G+C content was 56.42%~58.26%, and there are 16 various sites in ITS2.The homogeneous sequences were 98.5%~99.7% among the seven species,91.3%~92.1% among the seven species and A.dracunculus,and 88.5%~89.4% among them and the outgroup.It indicated that ITS sequences of substitute species were relatively conservative.
