摘要 采用不同工作气体的冷等离子体及不同工作压力,对涤棉进行表面改性,同时测试改性前后涤棉表面的毛细效应,分析其毛细效应的变化程度和趋势.实验结果表明,涤棉经空气、氩气、氮气和氧气等离子体处理后,其表面毛细效应会随着处理时间的延长而增强.同时,改性后涤棉的亲水性能会随着放置时间的延长,有逐渐退化的趋势,由于工作气体不同,工作压力不同,其毛细效应随处理时间和放置时间的变化程度也不尽相同. The surface modification of polyester fabric and its aging are studied.The effect of treating time on the surface modification and its aging were studied through the measurements of wicking effect.The experiment results showed that the wicking effect increased and the surface energy was improved significantly after the cold plasma treatment. The more the treating time given,the greater the wettability was enhanced, and the increasing tendency would be weak while they were treated over 4 min. But those good properties would partly decay with the delay of lay-aside time, and the wicking effect would be various while the working pressure and working gas were changed.
