摘要
针对机械工程设备对传动系统的可靠性要求不断提高的现状,应用模糊故障树分析方法对圆柱正弦活齿减速器进行可靠性研究,建立了该传动系统的故障树,采用参照函数为正态型的L-R模糊数描述各底事件的发生概率,根据模糊数的运算法则和模糊算子AND和OR的计算方法,推导出圆柱正弦活齿减速器输出轴不传递扭矩顶事件发生的模糊概率及其隶属函数分布.由此证明该减速器系统是安全的,并为提高系统的可靠性,提供了结构设计改进的理论依据.
According to the increasing reliability requirement of the driving system used in mechanical engineering equipments, the reliability of cylinder sine oscillating tooth reducer is studied by fuzzy fault tree analysis method. In this paper, the fault tree of cylinder sine oscillating tooth reducer is built up and the probability of bottom events occurrence is described with normal type L-R fuzzy number. On the basis of operational criterion of fuzzy number and calculation method of AND and OR of fuzzy arithmetic operators, the distribution of the membership function and the fuzzy probability value of the top event when the output-shaft cannot rotate is derived. It is proved that the reducer system is safe, and the theoretical foundation of improving its structure design was supplied for increasing its systemic reliability.
