双圆盾构施工技术

Construction technique of DOT shield

双圆盾构是一项全新的施工工艺 ,在中国尚属首次应用。双圆盾构在掘进过程中所引起的地层变形以及盾构轴线控制、管片拼装等一系列工程技术难点需在工程的实际应用中加以探索、解决。文章通过在大量的工程实践中采用的施工参数和技术措施 ,对双圆盾构施工主要技术难点进行了剖析 ,初步摸索出一整套适于双圆盾构的施工工艺 ,可为今后双圆盾构工法在城市轨道交通及其他相关领域中的推广应用提供可靠的依据和技术资料。

DOT shield construction technique is a new one, and it is used for the first time in China. Some technical difficulties such as the layer deformation during shield driving, shield axis control, segments assembly, and so on, have to be settled from the practical application. In this paper, the technical difficulties of DOT shield are analyzed thoroughly based on the practical construction parameters and countermeasures. And a set of DOT shield construction methodology is presented primarily, which can provide reliable basis and valuable document for its wider application in the urban track transit and other relative fields.
