高度近视并发白内障超声乳化摘除术及临床观察

The Phacoemulsification on High Myopia and Cataract Combines the Observation of Intraocular Lens Implantation of Low, Negative Number of Degrees

对29例(33只眼)高度近视并发白内障患者施行超声乳化白内障摘除术并同时植入低、负度数人工晶状体,术后平均随访(5.1±0.8)月.术后矫正视力≥0.3～0.4,8只眼(24%);≥0.5～0.6;18只眼(55%);≥0.7,7只眼(21%).临床观察结果表明,高度近视并发白 内障时,选择超声乳化白内障摘除联合低、负度数人工晶状体植入术,手术效果令人满意.

Phacoemulsification with intraocular lens(IOL)implantation of low, negative number of degrees was performed on 33 high myopia with cataract of 29 cases whose mean period of follow-up was(5.1±0.8) months after the operation. Post operatively, correct defects of vision was ≥0.3～0.4,8 eyes(24%)≥0.5～0.6,18 eyes(55%),≥0.7,7 eyes(21%). The results indicate thatphacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantationof low,negative number of degrees performed on eyes with high myopia and cataract is effective.
