眼内注射C_3F_8治疗黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离

To Cure Retinal Detachment Caused by Macular Hole by Doing Intraocular Injection

研究了治疗黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离简捷易行的方法.本组17例(17只眼)均采用玻璃体内注入C3F8及术后应用氩激光视网膜光凝术,随诊4.5±2.1月.结果表明17例中16例痊愈(94.1%),1例术后2周视网膜脱离复发改用玻璃体切割术.此法简单易行,在冶疗黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离中不破坏黄斑区视网膜,不影响视力,有较好的临床应用价值.

The forthright and easy way of do research on retinal detachment caused bymacular hole.Adopting intraocular injection of C_3F_8 and using Ar+ laserretinal photocoagulation were performed on 17 eyes of 17 cases whosemean period of follow-up was 4.5±2.1 months in this group.Post-operatively,16 cases (94.1%) were relieved,one case got detachment of retinal after two weeks of operation and then adopted vitrectomy.This method is simple and easy. During the treatment of retinal detachmentcaused by macular hole.The retinal in macular spot wasn'taffected.And it is valuableinclinical practice.
