精神慰藉与健康老龄化——以北京某大学离退休教师为例

Mental Support and Health Ageing Problem

本文从当前我国养老中的精神慰藉出发,通过对具有典型意义的北京某大学离退休教师的调查,分析了老年人精神慰藉问题突出的主要原因,提出了从个人、家庭、社区、社会等方面入手,满足老年人的精神需求,实现精神慰藉的基本对策。

Today, the elders’ mental demands become string. On the basis of a representative surrey of the retired teachers of one university, this paper analyses the main reasons of this phenomenon and comes to the conclusion that we should combine the individual, the family, the community and the society together to fulfill the mental support of the elders.
