对建立湖南农村社会养老保险制度的思考

Views on Establishing Endowment Insurance in Hunan Rural Areas

随着社会经济的不断发展,传统的养老保险方式面临巨大的挑战,为适应老龄社会提早到来和实施计划生育政策的需要,湖南省应及早建立农村社会养老保险制度。本文首先分析了建立湖南农村社会养老保险制度的必要性,然后提出应遵循的原则,最后相应地提出几条对策措施。

With the continuing development of social economy, the traditional endowment modes are facing great challenge. For adapting to earlier coming of the aged society and the need of implementing family planning policy,we should establish endowment insurance in hunan rural areas as quickly as possible. This paper firstly analyzes necessity of establish endowment insurance in hunan rural areas,then brings forward principles with which we should comply, at last brings forward some measures.
