摘要 以煤气化为核心的多联产思想是实现未来中国能源可持续发展的重要思路.文中将该前沿思想进一步推广至冶金领域,结合世界钢铁领域先进的熔融还原COREX炼铁工艺,分析了COREX联产电力的经济环境效益.提出了未来煤基多联产系统概念模型及开展复合大系统优化集成研究的平台软件框架解决方案。具有丰富动力工程、化工、冶金等重要煤基工业过程模型资源的,可用于灵活配置各种多联产流程的优化集成平台将为未来多联产系统的真正实现提供科学分析和开发工具。 The poly generation strategy based on coal gasification is the inevitable trend for future sustainable development of our domestic energy industry. In this paper, the idea has been extended to the field of iron and steel industry. In line with the advanced metallurgical technology of fused and reduced COREX in the field mentioned above, here comes the analysis of the overall environment economic benefits that resulted from the COREX jointed power engineering, and proposes the software framework of the optimized integrated approaching platform, which can be used for exploring the future power-metallurgy-chemical combined system. The optimized integrated platform, which is of the abundant model sources covering the general coal-based industry processes such as the power, the chemical and the metallurgic engineering as well, can be used for configuring all kinds of poly-generation flow intelligently. More important of all, it provides scientific analysis and development tools for finally realization of poly-generation systems of the future. Figs 6 and refs 3.
