摘要
采用垂直聚丙烯酰胺电泳技术对85只小尾寒羊在转铁蛋白(Tf)位点上的6个生长性状进行了研究。结果表明:Tf位点检出6种表现型TfAA、TfBB、TfCC、TfAB、TfAC、TfBC, 受4个等位基因(TfA、TfB、TfC、TfD)控制, 其中TfC为优势基因;血清转铁蛋白位点的不同表现型之间,羊只的6个表型性状间均有一定的差异,除在体重和体长位点上TfCC型显著大于TfBB型外(P<0.05), 其余4个性状均表现为弱相关(P>0.05);TfCC型可作为小尾寒羊体重和体长两生长性状上早期选种的辅助标记。
Relationship between serum transferring(Tf) polymorphism and six growth or productivity characters of 85 individuals of Small-tail Han sheep was analyzed by using vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE).The results showed that six genotypes such as TfAA,TfBB,TfCC,TfAB,TfAC and TfBC had been found at Tf loci under the control of four alleles including TfA,TfB,TfC and TfD, among which TfC was the dominant gene. There were differences in six growth or productivity characters among different genotypes at Tf loci. TfCC at the loci of body weight and body length were significantly (p<0.05) higher than TfBB.The other characters took on inferior correlation (p>0.05) to genotypes. The TfCC genotype could be regarded as the supplementary mark for early variety-selection in accordance with two growth characters of body weight and body length in Small-tail Han sheep.
