甘肃河西走廊传统粮区农户土地流转特征研究

Characteristics of pearant house hold land mobility in traditional grain region of Hexi Corridor in Gansu

以甘肃河西走廊经济最发达的张掖市为背景,对该市农户土地流转意愿及行为进行了深入调查和认真分析。结果表明,农户土地流转意向与人均收入有着非常密切的关系,与年龄、教育年限、人均土地关系不大。农户不愿放弃土地的原因有三方面:历史原因、政策因素和政府行为。

The desire and behavior of peasant household land mobility were deep investigated and analysed in Zhanye, which is the most developed city in Hexi Corridor of Gansu province. The results showed that the desire of peasant household land mobility had intimate relation with income per capita and had little relation with age, educated year and land per capita. There were 3 reasons that peasant household was reluctant to give up their farm land: historical reason, policy factor and government behavior.
