当前我国自然资源管理问题分析

当前我国进入重工业时期,工业增长进入到重工业主导阶段,城市化达到高潮,资源消耗显著增加。但是,我国国内资源供不应求的供求矛盾日益突出,资源与环境的矛盾日益突出。文章从管理的角度,分析了我国自然资源宏观管理(国家层面)和微观管理(企业层面)存在的突出问题,并探讨了从政府、市场、企业三个层面推进市场化改革,积极应对经济“国内转轨”和“国际接轨”。

At present, China has entered heavy industry period, during what industrial development depends on mainly heavy industry, unban develops quickly and resources are consumed on a large scale. However, there exist two outstanding contradictions, that are supply - demand and resource-envionment. From the viewpoint of management, we analysis obvious problems of national macro-management and enterprise micro-management. We should reform from government , market and enterprise, greeting positively democratic and abroad challenge.
