邓小平民主法制理论是在与“人治”的搏斗中发展起来的 ,随后 ,它成为“德法”兼治的理论基础 ;邓小平民主法制理论是我国社会主义现代化总体布局的中心环节 ,引导具有不同层次道德水平的人们 。
Deng Xiaoping's democratic legal system theory is developed while fighting with ones that 'rule by men'. Afterwards, it becomes the foundation of Managing Morals and law at the same time; Deng Xiaoping's democratic legal system theory is a core of our country's socialist modernized total arrangement.
