摘要
社会机制的不健全影响和滋生犯罪的发生。改革开放使我国产生了发展上的飞跃 ,但同样不可忽视的是伴随而来的发展中的社会机制产生犯罪的问题和隐患。要想谋求更协调高速的发展 ,就必须认真地分析、研究和解决这些问题。犯罪是一个综合性的病症 ,因此 。
Unsound social mechanism propagates the crime. With the implement of the reform and open-door policy, our country has taken place changes. However, the new social mechanism produces the problems and hidden troubles. In order to fasten development, we must analyze and solve the problems. As crime is a syndrome problem ,we should take comprehensive harness of the public security.
