摘要
剖析了当前高师音教专业的人才培养模式 ,提出了要把高师音教专业学生的创新意识的培养和实践能力的提高放在首位 ,从而建立适应素质教育需要的新的高师音教专业课程结构模式和创新人才培养的教学模式。
Analysed the specialized personnel training mode of high teacher's music education deeply, have proposed putting cultivation of professional students' innovative consciousness of high teacher's music education and improvement practising ability in the first place, thus set up the new high teacher's music education professional course structure mode of meeting the needs of quality-oriented education; Set up the teaching mode of innovative personnel training.
