摘要
传统观念认为,教育的最大功能是韩愈所谓的传道、授业、解感,即传播知识。教师注重系统知识的讲授。对现代创新教育来说,知识的传播、创新人才的培养、知识的生产、知识的物化这四大功能是并存的。教育的核心已不再是传播知识,而是培养具有获取知识、运用知识和创造新知识能力的人。多维创新教学方法是运用散发思维原理,进行知识对流、理论借鉴、模式组合、方法撞碰而产生互动,形成群相效应,着重培养学生的创新意识,创新能力的新式教学方式。
The most important function of education has been traditionally guided by HAN Yu's preaching that education means to teach the doctrines of ancient sages, to impart knowledge, to solve so-called problems in education, or namely to convey knowledge. As a result, teachers pay much attention to systematic knowledge. However, in terms of modern innovative education, the following four major functions should coexist. They are the spreading of knowledge, cultivation of innovatie talents, production of knowledge, and materialization of knowledge. In other words, the core of education is no longer to convey knowledge, but to train people to obtain knowledge, to use knowledge, and to create new knowledge. Based on the thinking principle of circulation,the multidimensional innovative teaching method is a new-type teaching method which focuses on carrying on knowledge convection, referring to theories, combinating modes, and colliding of different methods, with the aim to cultivate students' innovative consciousness and their innovative competence.
