摘要
由于定位夹紧方法的多样性和装配顺序约束的灵活性以及工件、定位元件、夹紧元件装配的复杂性,装配约束完备性检验一直未得到解决。文中论述了装配约束完备性概念,提出了一种装配关系的表达与装配约束的描述方法,进行了敏捷夹具装配约束完备性分析,给出了约束完备性实例和约束完备性检验判定式。
Due to the multiplicity of positioning clamping methods and flexibility of assembly sequence constraint and complexity of assembly for parts, positioning elements and clamping elements, completeness checking of assembly constraint has not been solved perfectly. This paper discusses the concept of completeness in assembly constraint. A describing method for assembly ralation and constraint is propposed. Completeness analysis of assembly constraint in agile fixture is carried out. The examples of constraint completeness is presented. The equation of completeness checking for constraint is obtained.
