Survivin基因研究现状

Progress on the Research of Survivin Gene

摘要 Survivin基因是近年来新发现的一种抗凋亡蛋白,具有高度的组织分布特异性和强大的抗凋亡功能,逐渐成为肿瘤发病及治疗研究中的一个热点。文章重点介绍其致病机理及治疗应用中的一些新进展。 Survivin,a novel anti-apoptosis gene,is gradually becoming a focus on r esearch of carcinogenesis and therapy because of its specificity of tissue distr ibution as well as mighty function of anti-apoptosis.This article mainly introdu ces the new progress on pathogenic mechanism and therapy of Survivin gene.
