摘要
有关恶性肿瘤浸润转移机制研究有了较大的发展,发现了一些对评价肿瘤细胞侵袭转移能力和患者预后有指示意义的分子指标。该文主要对与喉癌转移相关的几个主要的分子指标研究进展作一综述,为喉癌的治疗和预后提供理论依据。
Progress has been made on towards researches of the metastasis of malig nancies.A lot of molecular indices used in evaluation of tumor cells metastasis and patients' prognosis have been reported recently. In this review, some capita l tumor metastasis-related genes in laryngeal neoplasms are summarized ,which ai med to provide basic theory for clinics.
