TR3/Nur77磷酸化修饰的研究进展

摘要 磷酸化负性调节TR3/Nur77的DNA结合活性 ,不同部位的磷酸化可导致TR3/Nur77转录活性的不同调节 ,磷酸化事件可能涉及TR3/Nur77的细胞定位。主要位于胞浆的磷酸化形式的TR3/Nur77,可由几种激酶导致形成 ,丝裂原激活的蛋白激酶 (mitogenactivatedproteinkinase ,MAPK)家族、蛋白激酶B(PKB)和NGFI B激酶均可使位于胞浆的TR3/Nur77发生磷酸化修饰。
