胚胎期味觉发生的研究进展

摘要 味觉乳头的发育早于味蕾的发育 ,味觉神经最初的神经突生长比舌的形成早得多 ,但不影响舌的味觉结构发育 ;味觉乳头的最初形态发生、孕期味蕾的发生及味觉神经的最初发育均独立出现。人的胚胎研究发现 ,味蕾的发育早于味觉乳头 ,味蕾的发育与神经纤维有关 ,神经营养因子对味觉神经发育和味蕾细胞的维持起重要作用。人类在胎儿期已可以通过羊水接受味觉刺激。
