基于智能网的语音聊天的实现

目前 ,移动电话的使用越来越普遍了 ,它的功能也不仅仅是打电话了 ,将能够提供更多的服务。移动商务服务提供商们正在想方设法提供更多的电话业务 ,使移动电话更加方便。日渐兴起的聊天正是其中之一 ,文字聊天已经不能满足人们的需要了 ,商家们把目光集中在语音甚至视频聊天 ,已经有少数地方使用了一种交互式语言应答系统的方式 ,但是这种系统本身有一定的不足 ,所以 ,有待于研究新方法。该文介绍了交互式语言应答系统的方式 ,主要是讨论了正在开发研制的智能网的方式来实现语音聊天。它也是在智能网上开展语音类增值业务的一种。

At present, the use of mobile-phone is more widespread. The function of mobile-phone is not only to call ,but also to provide more service. The providers of mobile business are casting about providing more phone business, which makes mobile-phone more convenient. The popular chat is one of that. People will not be satisfied with chat by letter .So businessmen take focus on voice chat or even video chat. A kind of talk responsion system has been used at some region. But the system has some weakness itself. So it is possible to research new methods. This paper introduced that system, mainly discussed voice chat by intelligent network, which is one of the increment of voice business in intelligent network.
