摘要
提出了一种利用CCD图像传感器来检测工件表面质量的方法。介绍了该方法的检测原理、数据处理和图像锐化方法、图像信号特征的提取等内容,解决了长期来工件表面质量检测效率低、精度低的问题。
A new method which is used to measure the workpiece surface quality by CCD image sensor is introduced.The principle of the measurement,the data processing method,the method of image sharpness and the pick-up of the image's particularities are presented.By this method,the problems of low efficiency and low precision in the field of surface quality measurement have been solved.
