Comparing Test of Static Characteristics for the Two Types of Piezoelectric Micro-displacement Units

压电陶瓷微位移器包括逆压电效应型和电致伸缩型两种,本文通过试验测试,对它们的静态特性进行了比较分析,进而阐明了它们不同的应用场合。

There are two kinds of piezoelectric micro-displacement units: the anti- piezoelectric kind and the electrostrictive kind. In this paper,their static characteritics have been analyzed and compared, furthermore, their difference in application has also been pointed out.
