新型TiAIN涂层材料工艺与应用研究

摘要 运用物理气相沉积工艺在M2高速钢表面沉积了TiAlN涂层材料,用SEM和XRD等方法对涂层组织结构进行分析,并对涂层的性能进行了测试。结果表明,涂层显微硬度和耐磨性随基体温度上升而提高;在一定范围内,涂层显微硬度和耐磨性随氮流量变化而有一最佳值。切削试验表明,涂镀TiAlN的钻头使用寿命显著提高。 A new TiAIN coatings has been produced on the surface of M2 HSS with PVD. The microstructure and properties were studied by means of SEM and XRD. The results showed that microhardness and wear resistant properties of coatings increased with the matrix temperature rising There is a best value when the changing nitrogen flow rate under a certain range. The life of TiAIN coated drill has been greatly increased.
