混合驱动精压机的动力学分析与仿真

摘要 以混合驱动精压机为研究对象 ,应用拉格朗日方程建立了混合驱动精压机的非线性动力学模型 ,根据直流电动机、永磁无刷直流伺服电动机的等效电路模型 ,分别建立了它们的动力学模型和负反馈控制模型 ;然后用数值方法对动力学方程进行求解和仿真 。 A study to model, simulate and control precision press driven by a combination of dc motor and brushless servomotor is presented Mathematical model for the hybrid driven press is developed using Lagrange's equation According to the equivalent circuit of dc motor and brushless servomotor, their dynamic model and negative feed back model are developed separately Simulation results verified the feasibility of hybrid driven approach
