摘要
利用旗形元件强化管内空气强制对流传热,在实验条件下雷诺数的范围为2100~62000。实验结果表明,插入此种元件后可使下游相当于8~10倍管直径的距离内的传热系数较光管提高50~120%,而阻力仅上升10~40%,显然这是一种有效的强化传热的内插件。
Experimental investigation of the augmentation of forced convection heat transfer in a circular tube by means of flag-type insert was made. The test fluid is air, and the Reynolds numbers are in the range of 2100-62000. The results show that heat transfer over a tube length equivalent to 8-10 times of tube diameter is enhanced to 1.5-2.25 times and the friction factor is 1.10-1.40 times only comparing to that for the empty tube. Thus it can be an effective insert for the augmentation of heat transfer.
