摘要
在Φ300 mm塔内,用二维激光多普勒测速仪对A-25塔板上的气流测得不同流量下的三维时均速度场,得到切向、轴向速度与半径的关联式。得知主要气液接触区的气流场可描述为双层旋转流动结构。对流场特点及其对湿板操作的影响进行了讨论。
Laser Doppler Anemometer (LDA) was used for the measurement of gas velocities on φ300 mm Rotating Stream Tray (RST). The clarified gas flow features include: (1) Axisymmetry. (2) The tangential velocity u_t distribution was composed of an inner forced vortex and an outer quasifree vortex. (3)The upflow (axial velocity u_z>0) was mainly in the annular area beyond the middle point of radius, and downflow occurs in the Space above the liquid distributing disk. (4) In the main two-phase contacting zone, u_t and u_z Were found to be well correlated respectively by equations 5 and 6. (5) The radial velocity was about one-tenth of u_t or u_z.
