网络化制造环境下车间层信息交互模型及实现 被引量:3

摘要 网络化制造中,车间层的信息化水平在一定程度上可通过信息交互方式进行衡量。针对现有网络化制造环境下车间层信息交互和资源共享过程中存在的问题,提出了基于对等网络和移动Agent的车间层信息交互模型,重点阐述了该模型的体系结构、通信过程及系统安全性等;设计了用于实现以上模式的信息终端和系统,并结合某汽车焊装自动化生产线网络化监控与管理系统,分析了它在实际应用中所表现出来的特点。 The level of implementation of information technology in shop floor can be measured by information exchange to a certain extent. The limitations of present model for information interaction and resource share in shop floor for networked manufacturing are analyzed firstly, and then the information exchange model based on peer-to-peer (P2P) and mobile agent is presented. The architecture, communication process and security of the model are analyzed in focus. Finally, the information terminal and system for implementing the function are designed. The characteristics represented in the surveillance and management system of an automobile welding automatic production line are analyzed. It can make all heterogeneous equipments interconnect, realize the resource share and information exchange in shop floor, and provide a new solution for networked manufacturing.
