摘要 非正态过程能力指数的估计问题是目前过程能力研究中的一个热点。在简要总结该领域现有研究成果的基础上,针对目前研究中存在的不足,利用样本百分位数法和Shapiro-Wilk统计检验原理,提出基于Johnson转换体系的非正态过程能力指数估算方法与实现步骤。最后结合具体实例对上述理论和方法进行应用分析,研究表明该方法比其他方法计算简便,结果更精确可靠。 The estimation of non-normal process capability index is popular in the field of process capability analysis. After briefly reviewing the results in this field, a complete procedure and a method of estimating non-normal process capability index based on Johnson system of transformations was presented, using the method of sample percentile and Shapiro-Wilk test. Then a case study was given, which proved that this method is much better than others in calculation complexity and exactness.
