摘要
新建铁路线路基本走向选择在整个铁路建设中具有举足轻重的作用。在分析新建铁路线路走向方案比选特点的基础上,运用多目标决策分析原理,应用较为成熟的AHP主观赋权法作为指标权重分配计算方法,综合多种系统评价方法建立新建铁路线路走向决策优选模型,并以某新建铁路线路走向方案比选为实例进行验证,证明本文建立的决策方法和模型能利用全部信息,排序结果能够比较客观公正地符合新建铁路线路走向选择的实际情况。
Selecting of the fundamental direction schemes of new railway plays a very important role in the whole new railway construction, which is also a very complicated problem. Properties of matching and selecting of line schemes of new railway and the related research achievements at home. The paper put forward a decision making method for matching and selecting of the fundamental direction schemes of new railway, based on Several System Evaluation Method such as Linerity Distribute method. Finally, taking for example applied to an express railway passage, the results from such experiments can prove that this decision making model can be applied with its whole information. The scheduling results can justly be conformed to the actual conditions of new line schemes.
