摘要
介绍了便携式航空发动机数据处理系统的硬件、软件设计方案,系统结构、组成和主要的技术特点,对某型航空发动机的数据类型和特点进行了分析,结合航空发动机的数据和嵌入式ARM的特点,提出了基于ARM的嵌入式开发技术和数据库技术相结合的便携式航空发动机数据处理系统,通过对航空发动机数据的采集、回放,利用专家系统与航空发动机故障征兆信息库相结合的方法,实现了航空发动机的工作状态和故障模式自动获取的功能。
The structure and principle of a portable aeroengine data processing system based on ARM are introduced,which aims to detect the aeroengine comprehensively,administrate detected data conveniently and extract key symptoms from data effectively.The data types and characteristics of a certain aeroengine are analyzed and the main technique and design methods used in this system are also expatiated.Finally,implementing a failure diagnosis expert system based on this system is proved to be feasible and significant.
