摘要
介绍了某大型无人机发动机参数测试系统的组成、工作原理和软硬件设计,重点阐述了系统采用的软硬件结合抗干扰技术和大规模试车数据存储方法。该系统实现了发动机主要试车参数的自动化智能测试。实际应用证明,系统性能稳定可靠,操作简便,显著提高了发动机试车参数的测试精度和工作效率。
The composition, principle and the design of the hardware and software for parameter measurement system of some kind of large UAV′s engine are introduced in this paper, especially about the anti-jamming techniques of its hardware and software and the storage method of its mass trial data. The intellectualized and automatic measurement on primary trial run parameter of the engine has been realized. This system shows stable, reliable performance and can be easily operated in actual application, the measuring precision and work efficiency has been increased remarkably.
