摘要
智能控制作为一种新兴理论,为解决复杂过程的控制提供了一条有效途径,已逐渐成为电火花加工领域中的一个新的研究热点。该文应用模糊理论和仿真手段,对便携式电火花加工机伺服控制系统进行了分析,从理论上证明了电火花加工控制系统的稳定性。并通过典型的工艺实验,验证了设备的加工效果。
AS a new theory ,intelligence control has become a new investigation hotspot in the field of electric spark processing and provided an efficient way in order to solve the control problem of the sophisticated process.This paper analysed a portable servo control system for electric spark processing based on the means of fuzzy theory and simulation , proved the stability of control system for electric spark processing theoretically,and validated the process effect of the equipment by typical craftwork experiment.
