摘要
介绍了实时流和实时流协议,针对基于实时协议的流媒体客户端播放器的特殊要求,提出了一种适用于视频点播(Video On Demand)的流媒体客户端结构模型,研究并设计了相应的流量控制策略、组包算法和缓存管理策略。试验结果表明,该客户端播放器占用系统资 源少,具有良好的实时性、容错性和同步性。
Real-time streaming and real-time streaming protocols are illustrated in this paper. Due to the special characteristics of real-time streaming media client player based on real-time protocols, this paper presents the model of a streaming media client used in video-on-demand systems. A strategy of flow control, a new policy of packet composing algorithm and a buffer management method are presented. Experimental results show good resource utilization, real-time property, fault tolerance capability and stream synchronization.
