摘要
介绍了瓦楞纸箱防潮上光剂的配方和制备过程。讨论了低分子聚乙烯、蜂蜡、石蜡、巴西棕榈蜡 ,乳化剂等对其质量性能的影响。通过正交实验 ,确定了最佳反应条件 :低分子聚乙烯的质量分数为0 .3,混合蜡的质量分数是 0 .3,反应温度为 95℃ ,反应时间为 4h ,这时生产的瓦楞纸箱防潮上光剂防潮性能最好 ,光亮度最大 ,稳定性最高。
The formula and the preparation process of dampproofing glazing agent for corrugated paper box were introduced. The influence of low molecular polyethylene, paraffin wax, Carnaday wax, beeswax and emulsifier on the quality of dampproofing glazing agent was discussed. The best reaction condition was determined with orthogonal design method to be that the mass percentage of low molecular polyethylene is 0.3 , the mass percentage of mixture wax is 0.3, the reaction temperature is 95℃ , the reaction time is 4 h. The product prepared in the above conditions has the best dampproofing, glazing and stability quality.
