摘要 现代高科技战争对战伤急救物资和设备的运输提出了更高要求。在分析我军运用不同缓冲方法运送易碎药品和精密仪器的现状和外军缓冲包装设计要求的基础上 ,对脆值较小 (10~ 15G)的野战器材 ,设计一种质量小、可靠性高、缓冲性能好的包装方法 ,以提高军品包装的防护能力 ,避免在紧急装运、粗暴装卸乃至空投中造成的包装破损 ,增强急救器材投入战场使用的效果。通过分析和综合 ,拟定了 4种可行方案 ,建立了医疗箱的递阶层次结构 ,并运用层次分析方法对可行方案进行排序和一致性检验。结果表明 ,最优方案与评价前的推测是相一致的。 Modern high-tech war sets a higher standard on the transportation of first-aid materials and equipments. Based on analyzing our army's conditions under which several buffering package ways are applied to move fragile medical materials and precision instruments and studying the buffering package design requirement of foreign army, the dissertation makes out a kind of package method of light weight, high reliability and sound cushion performance, applicable to field equipments which have small fragility value (commonly, 10~15G), with an aim of improving the protection ability of military material package, avoiding material package damage caused by emergency transportation, rough loading & unloading and airdrop process, and enhancing the effects of first-aid equipments when used in battlefield after delivery. Through analysis and integration, the author studies out four feasible projects, then builds a kind of hierarchy structure of medical case, and also makes a sort and consistency test of feasible projects with the usage of AHP. The analysis result shows that the optimal project is consistent with that before evaluation.
