客车轴箱滚动轴承失效分析 被引量:1

摘要 客车轴箱滚动轴承运行仅40×104km后发现轴承失效。采用化学分析、硬度测定、扫描电子显微镜检查和金相分析方法,对失效轴承滚动元件的化学成分、硬度、显微组织和滚动道(面)上的点状缺陷的形貌特征进行了分析。分析结果表明,轴承失效是由于电点蚀所致。提出了预防电点蚀的措施。 Failure of the axlebox bearing cylindrical roller bearing for railway passenger cars occurred after 40×10~4km operation. Chemical composition, hardness, microstructure and pitting defect appearance of the failed bearing rolling elements were studied by methods of chemical analysis, hardness testing, scanning electron microscope and metallographic examination. The results showed that the bearing failure resulted from electrical pitting. Prevention measure of electrical pitting was put forward.
