摘要
该文系统研究了国内外备件管理模型现状,分析了备件管理系统结构和流程,建立了两级备件管理优化仿真模型和算法,用可视化ARENA仿真环境进行了仿真研究。该文提出的备件优化模型和算法既可用于武器装备维修器材管理,也可用于民用产品的备件管理,具有广泛的实用价值和意义。
The authors of the paper studied systematically the status quo of the management model of the spares both in China and abroad, analyzed the structure and flow of the management system of the spares, established a two-level optimized simulation model and arithmetic and carried out simulation studies in the visualized ARENA simulation situation. The optimized model and arithmetic for spares raised in the paper can be used both in the management of the maintenance equipment for weapons, and in the management of spare parts of civil products. It has far-reaching practical value and meaning.
