摘要
道路模拟振动台是进行汽车及其零部件室内道路模拟试验的关键基础设备之一。本文设计了一套电液道路模拟振动台及其计算机控制系统,通过该系统可以在室内再现汽车及其零部件在不平路面的各种运行工况,完成汽车及其零部件的耐久性试验,加快产品开发步伐和降低开发成本。系统的控制部分采用工控机作为控制中心,系统的各种运行参数均进行了监控,控制策略采用硬件模拟闭环和软件数字闭环双环串级控制,运行结果表明,系统控制参数调整方便和运行可靠,无论是时域还是频域均能满意的模拟。
Road simulation shaker table is one of the key fundamental equipments for road simulation tests of automobile and its parts. The paper brings out an electro-hydraulic road simulation shaker table and its control system. Through the system, the operation conditions of automobile and its parts on the roughness road can be simulated, so the during tests can be completed in laboratory and the development time and costs can be decreased. For the control system, the control center is an industry PC, so the operation status of the system can be monitored online also. The double closed-loop control that includes a software simulative closed-loop and a hardware digital closed-loop is applied. The operation result show that the system parameters can be easily modified and that output signal of the table can be simulate the vibration of automobile and its parts on the roughness road in time domain and frequency domain.
