The security policy of security database management system provides the powerful security function to database. The model of BLP is one of common security policy model. In makes an applied multi-level relation model to be basement of security database for following the BLP model. The model is extension of former relation model. The thesis discusses the fundament and detail of multi-level relation and focuses on breaking down and union of the relation. The model is applicable for implementing multi-level database management system based on multi-level security operating system.
